We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@roadvyn.com. Do not send any item back without contacting us first, as we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@roadvyn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Exchanges
