Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are fulfilled through our U.S. fulfillment network and shipped using trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

• Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout the delivery process. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@roadvyn.com and we will promptly investigate the issue with the carrier.

Roadvyn is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Roadvyn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
